Bim stores are the most popular in the Turkish market for their low prices and are suitable for all classes. Bim’s stores have the highest number of branches in Turkey, the largest in Turkey for the sale of food products.
Established in 1995, BIM stores brand have been established with 21 stores. The company’s main objective is to provide basic consumer goods at affordable prices and with the highest possible quality.
In 2000, the number of branches of the store reached 599 branches. In 2005, the number of branches reached a thousand and 194 branches, increasing the number to 3 thousand and 876 in 2013 throughout the Republic of Turkey. Now to 4 thousand and 809 branches.
The company has taken its own logo which is traded in all branches and is “retail price at wholesale price”.
The number of BIM stores in 1997 reached 100 branches and in the same year BIM established its first brand “Dost Süt”.
It is noteworthy that the activity of the chain of shops Bim not only Turkey but crossed the border where in 2009 the company opened several branches in the city of Casablanca in Morocco, and the number of branches to 223 branches in 2014 in Morocco only.
In 2014, BIM expanded its activities and entered the world of mobile operators. BİMCell entered into a partnership with Avea to reach 1 million subscribers.
